A Netflix-size library isn't a terrible idea. Anyone use library exchange programs? How far-reaching are those? In my defense, I was envisioning a massive internet library (that might, upon reflection, be similar to Google Books, and we know how that turned out). And, yes, there are people that clueless out there. But I agree with the people who take the post seriously also, and argue that a lot of people don't even know what a library is these days. I'm sure a ton of people in my city have never been to a library outside of their school, since the public libraries are few and all located downtown (hell, I've only gone a handful of times). So these people probably think, "I can't go back to my grade school to check out a book, so where could I find one cheap?" Oh, who am I kidding...they don't read anyway! Classic.
